It’s perfectly positioned with a balcony looking out over the Fowey Estuary and across to Polruan, reflecting every mood of the weather, utterly beautiful in the sunshine when rays bounce off the water or broods with a threatening storm in winter. It is just minutes from the beach and a brief walk along the Esplanade to the charming port of Fowey.

Probably one of best locations in Fowey if you want to be just out of the bustle of the town with the most incredible view. Beautifully equipped, number 3 is highly recommended for an enjoyable stay in one of our favourite harbours

Just a little note to say what a wonderful 7 night stay at Marners Rock 3 we had, luxury accommodation with everything you need and more and views to die for over the Fowey Estuary and out to sea 🥰 we we’re blessed with mostly warm sunny days and lucky enough to see the full rare Super Moon. Fowey is one of our most favourite places to visit and we will be back very soon.
The hosts of the property are very accommodating in every way and a stay is a must……….

Marners Rock No 3 was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail, the quality of all the fittings and comfort of the apartment, were exceptional. The view from the balcony over the estuary is to die for. We were lucky to have a clear night for the full moon which shone over the water, plus clear skies for beautiful sunrises. I didn’t want to go home!

We had the most wonderful stay in Marners Rock No. 3. We have stayed in many places over the years, but this truly stood out way beyond anywhere we had stayed in before. It was impeccably and tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean to create a cosy and inviting living space that was simply a pleasure to be in. The beds were super comfy as were the sofas in the lounge. The bathrooms were luxurious and you felt you were being truly spoiled. There is absolutely no need to take anything with you as you often have to do for a self catering holiday as Henry and Alison have thought of your every need. The contents of the kitchen drawers are immaculate which is a rare thing these days and Debbie who looks after the apartment does an exceptional job. The parking space right outside is also a huge bonus. Marners Rock really does tick every box.
The apartment is even better than it looks on the photos and the view! How relaxing it was to sit on the balcony and let the stress of everyday life instantly ebb away watching the boats sail by. We are booking again and cannot wait to return.
