Terms and conditions for our ‘Win a 2-night luxury stay in Fowey’ competition

The prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
Open to residents of the UK only
The draw will be taken in September of each year. The winner will be notified by email upon which a mobile number and full address will be requested to confirm the validity of the entry.
If our winner fails to respond after 3 attempts to contact them a new winner will be drawn.
Our normal security deposit (£350) will be taken, as part of our standard booking terms, 30 days before the arrival date of your visit. Failure to provide the deposit will invalidate the winning of the prize.
Over 25’s only
Subject to availability of dates chosen
Stay must be taken within 12 months of the winner being notified.
Not to be taken in June, July, August, September or on any bank holidays/half-term periods, including the Christmas – New Year week.
Additional dates can be booked to add to the prize.
No bulk entries will be accepted. We reserve the right to cancel the competition should we believe the offer has been compromised by multiple entries from “bots”!
