See the calendars below to find available dates. The rates vary per season and are different for mid-week, weekend and special events such as the Fowey Royal Regatta and Fowey Literary Festival. Rates for seasons range from £550 (No.3) per night for the summer high season to £155 (No.1) for the winter low season. The cost per night is shown in the availability calendars below. The full costs of the booking will be shown before you are asked to confirm.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights, however, a 2-night stay will be accepted with the payment of an additional short stay premium of £175.00 for Marners Rock Nos 2&3 and £60 for Marners Rock No.1. To book a 2-night stay please tick the ‘Additional premium for a 2-night stay’ box on the booking request form.
Dogs are allowed for an extra charge of £40 per dog, limited to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog. Rules for dogs are included in the Terms & Conditions. (See T&Cs page link below.)
There is also a Damages Deposit of £350 which will be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your stay.
Some bedrooms can be configured as a twin or super-king bed. If you would prefer a twin configuration please add a note on the booking request form.

“An amazing home in the perfect location in Fowey with the most incredible views. The apartment has been refurbished to the highest standard – everything has been thought about. It is really modern but still really comfortable and cosy at the same time. Alison is a great host – very responsive and shared loads of information about Fowey and the surrounding area. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. It is easy to walk into town where there are lovely restaurants and shops. We did a number of amazing walks from the apartment. Fowey is a great base for exploring Cornwall. But to be honest the best bit was coming back to the apartment to enjoy the most incredible views. We loved it.” – John.
“The apartment is exceptional, enjoying stunning views along the estuary and out into the bay. The interior is extremely stylish, with great facilities, and from the cutlery, to the art, to the bathrooms, and the kitchen/lounge/dining area, everything has been executed with a great deal of thought and flair. Alison, our host, was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we asked a question. It is an easy walk into town, to the beach, or out onto the coastal path which made this an ideal location for us. There are a few steps up to the property, which sits in a commanding position above the road, which adds to how quiet it was in the evenings. “This apartment is both beautiful and well functioning. It makes the perfect setting for a family or group break. The zoned kitchen/living room/dining experience allows for lots of time together but also space to separate. All linen/towels/toiletries are high quality and we had the best nights sleep. The view is tremendous and I’d have happily sat watching the world go by in any weather. Overall, having stayed in 5* accommodation around the world, I’d say this is up there with the best. It was the perfect retreat and we look forward to returning. – Katherine
