No.3 has a large parking space on the other side of the road from the apartment. There is enough room for one medium size car and one small car.
Marners Rock No 3 is a 3-bedroom luxurious apartment that can sleep up to 6. It is located at the end of Esplanade about half a mile from the centre of Fowey overlooking the mouth of the Fowey estuary. The principal room of this lovely apartment is the large kitchen and living room, exquisitely furnished providing from every angle beautiful views of the river, over to Polruan and out to sea. In summer you can relax on the private terrace and in winter you can sit cosily inside and watch the weather and seafarers come and go. The bedrooms to the back of the apartment are equally beautifully designed and finished to cater for your every need. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll from the apartment.
