Cornwall’s waters have had all summer to warm up, making October a great time for a refreshing swim or paddle at the beach. We’re spoiled for choice with swim spots in Fowey, but one of our favourites is Readymoney Cove, just a short 2 minute stroll from Marners Rock No.3.
2. Time for a dog-friendly holiday
The intense summer sun has mellowed down, the air is cooler, and the dog bans are lifted on most Cornish beaches. We recommend October as a great month to visit Fowey with your four-legged friends. All of our holiday apartments are dog-friendly too!
