Francesca Huggett says: Could the view from our en suite be any better?! Defo worth getting up for and certainly worth the 2nd visit! Having visited beautiful Fowey and enjoying it from the luxurious comfort of Marners Rock No.2 last year (2024), we couldn’t wait to come back this year, and it didn’t disappoint! Perfectly located to enjoy all the shops, restaurants and nautical life the town and beach has to offer.
Barbara Leesley says: Six of us had a wonderful four night stay at Marner’s Rock #2. The views were outstanding, proximity close to ‘downtown’’. Although a hike up the steps it is worth it. Very comfortable accommodations. Arriving late it was so welcoming to find butter, bread, wine, milk and other staples provided. Highly recommend Marner’s #2 for your stay in enchanting Fowey.

Communications with Henry and Alison throughout were also first class. A real gem in Fowey and worth every penny.

Isabel says: We enjoyed a fabulous mini break for 3 nights. The photos of the view, convenient parking and great location attracted us, and these were a definite bonus. The estuary and sea view view is amazing, and we loved having the loan of the binoculars to enjoy boat watching . The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is also warm, clean and really comfortable. The kitchen is better equipped than any other we have stayed. The attention to detail is apparent from the start, with the hosts Henry and Alison being really responsive from the moment we booked. We felt really welcome, and especially enjoyed the drinks and fresh bread to greet us after our journey. We would love to come and stay again.
Tracey Jones says: Our second stay at Marners Rock No. 3 over the Easter weekend was just as special as the first. From the moment we arrived, we were reminded of why we fell in love with this place.
The apartment itself is beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with everything finished to a very high standard. The standout feature, without doubt, is the breathtaking location. The views over the Fowey estuary, across to Polruan and out to sea are simply stunning – I could sit for hours just watching the boats and changing light.
All in all, Marners Rock No. 3 is a truly special place to stay. Returning for a second visit confirmed it for us – this is somewhere we’ll happily come back to again and again.
John Boughton says: Probably one of best locations in Fowey if you want to be just out of the bustle of the town with the most incredible view. Beautifully equipped, number 3 is highly recommended for an enjoyable stay in one of our favourite harbours
Charlie Hodds says: Just a little note to say what a wonderful 7 night stay at Marners Rock 3 we had, luxury accommodation with everything you need and more and views to die for over the Fowey Estuary and out to sea 🥰 we we’re blessed with mostly warm sunny days and lucky enough to see the full rare Super Moon. Fowey is one of our most favourite places to visit and we will be back very soon.
The hosts of the property are very accommodating in every way and a stay is a must……….

Amazing apartment with beautiful furnishings. Everything you could need was provided. In a perfect situation to explore Fowey, lots of info in the apartment for people who have never been to Fowey before. Arrived on a boiling hot day so it was lovely to have bottled water in the fridge, also a lovely loaf of bread from the local bakery. Perfect short break we will definitely return.

We have just spent the loveliest Bank Holiday Weekend at Marners Rock, it was a great base to have in-between exploring all that Fowey has to offer, cannot recommend it highly enough. We loved the design features and hiring out both No 1 & 2 was perfect for our party of six. Cannot wait to come back!
