The attention to detail is brilliant, the kitchens have everything you need and we really appreciated the treats that were left for us (and the dogs!). The location is great, with lovely views from the terrace, and just a short walk to Readymoney Cove or into the town – we would definitely recommend staying here!
Joanna Couture says: I had a lovely stay at No. 2 Marners Rock for just over a week. The house is very well thought out and beautifully decorated. I was working during my stay and had everything I could possibly need (including a great Wifi). Standouts for me are the view from the bedroom at the top of the house (and from the bath too!), the incredibly cosy bedding and the super well-equipped kitchen. I would certainly stay here again if I was coming back to Fowey. Henry was really helpful with the questions I had during my stay (and beforehand too).
William Gosling says: A wonderful stay at No. 2 over New Year. The apartment is in a super location just above the centre of town, but nicely tucked away and has glorious views over the town and the estuary. But what sets this place apart is the exceptional design and comforts you find when you open the door. Stylish decor and furnishings everywhere you look and luxury touches such as the bed linen, toiletries and sheepskins galore! Henry and Alison are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts and the initial interactions when booking set the tone. They were helpful and responsive throughout (even on New Year’s Eve) and the whole stay was just the tonic we needed after the Christmas festivities. Highly highly recommend and we will be back.
Kate Winter says: Amazing accommodation in a spectacular location. We have been holidaying in Fowey for 20+ years and this accommodation is our favorite to date. Meticulously presented, well thought out, sumptuous and a real treat from the moment we opened the front door. Henry and Alison were wonderful Hosts. Responsive, informative (even for regular visitors) and quick to respond to our communication. We wont want to stay anywhere else after finding this gem.
Julie Bond says: The view alone makes this a great place to stay – you can gaze at the scenery for hours. The interior design and craftsmanship are excellent. There’s a few steps up the apartment – but unlike a lot of accommodation in Fowey there’s no hill to climb to get back from the town. We’ll definitely consider Marners Rock next time we visit Fowey. Wish we’d stayed longer!
Lesley Maclean says: “Marners Rock No.3” is the gift that keeps on giving. Every room had the ‘WOW’ factor with so many interesting & quirky items & furnishings. It was spotlessly clean & the ‘Welcome’ goodies much appreciated after our long journey. The balcony is great with stunning views across the water which had a variety of boats coming & going. I would, wholeheartedly, recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Fowey. It is 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The highlight was the breathtaking view from the terrace, watching the sunrise over the estuary was truly unforgettable. The apartment was spotless, with every amenity and piece of equipment we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were powerful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved swimming at Readymoney Cove nearby. The hosts were responsive and friendly, making the entire experience seamless. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

We just left No 1 after a wonderful stay . The apartment has everything you could possibly need, and is beautifully designed. We look forward to returning in the future.

We have just spent the loveliest Bank Holiday Weekend at Marners Rock, it was a great base to have in-between exploring all that Fowey has to offer, cannot recommend it highly enough. We loved the design features and hiring out both No 1 & 2 was perfect for our party of six. Cannot wait to come back!
